We will bill your credit card in US Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you in your local currency. Please note that prices shown in the currency other than US$ are for orientation only. Actual charge amount may differ slightly due to your credit card's exchange rate/processing date.
Customer's credit card will be charged when the product is actually shipped, generally within 48 hours after the order has been received.
NOTE: A Foreign Transaction Fee (also known as an International Service Assessment Fee) may be imposed by some banks or credit card companies if you purchase goods or services from a merchant that is located outside the United States. As Favoriteplus.com is an international company registered in Europe, your financial institution could also be applying a similar cross-border assessment fee, even if the transaction does not require currency to be converted. If you have any questions about this Foreign Transaction Fee please contact your card-issuing bank. We only charge the amount shown during the checkout and in our e-mail notifications.
VAT for EU Customers
All orders from the European Union (EU) are subject to VAT charges at the current Lithuanian VAT rate unless a valid EU VAT number is entered at the time of ordering. In order to release your VAT-exempt order we require a copy of your VAT registration certificate or another proof of your VAT registered status, which shows the registered business address and registered VAT number.
Orders outside the European Union (EU) are exempt from VAT.
Sale and Purchase Contract
The Shop confirms the receipt of the order via "Order Confirmation" webpage and an automatic e-mail. The "Order Confirmation" contains details of the goods ordered by the Customer, the total cost of the order including delivery and an order number (Order ID). The "Order Confirmation" webpage also constitutes the VAT receipt for the ordered goods. The Customer should print off a copy of the "Order Confirmation" webpage and keep it safe. The Customer will need to refer to these details when contacting the Shop about the order.
Please note that "Order Confirmation" is simply an acknowledgement that the order has been received by the Shop; it does not indicate that the Shop has accepted the order and does not form a binding contract.
Order Acceptance and Contract Conclusion will take place only when the Shop dispatches the goods and sends out the "Shipping Confirmation" e-mail to the Customer. Until the Shop dispatches the goods no contract will have been formed between the Shop and the Customer.
The Shop retains the right, at its discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any order at any time before it has been accepted. Should the Shop refuse the order, the Customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise
Before returning any merchandise you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid for 20 business days and all returns must be received within 20 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and warranted by their respective manufacturer, unless otherwise noted. Favoriteplus.com offers no additional or direct warranties outside of the manufacturer's warranty, but we will gladly assist you in any valid warranty claim you might encounter.
If the product is defective, please contact the manufacturer and defective returns will be handled based on the manufacturer's policy. Favoriteplus.com as the distributor can assist the customer in obtaining factory service for the duration of the products warranty period. You can get a list of manufacturer emails/phone numbers by contacting us. Some manufacturers prefer that returns should go through retailers. In that case a product must be returned to the location specified by Favoriteplus.com.
INSTRUMENTS SENT BY MAIL OR COMMON CARRIER SHOULD BE INSURED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGES. CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME THE RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING. CUSTOMER MUST USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THE EQUIVALENT, AND CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE POSTAGE.
In general, electronic instruments carry a one (1) year limited manufacturer's warranty. All other supplies and accessories carry a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty. Supplies and accessories include: oximetry fingertip sensors/probes, ECG Lead Wires, all cables (serial cables, connections to PCs, etc.).
Limited manufacturer's warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Limited manufacturer's warranty does not cover any instrument which has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, usage not in accordance with product instructions, alteration, repair, or improper installation. Limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electric power. Manufacturer's warranty also does not cover any instrument that has had a serial number removed, defaced or rendered illegible.
