Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders or C.O.D. at this time. We will bill your credit card in US Dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you in your local currency. Please note that prices shown in the currency other than US$ are for orientation only. Actual charge amount may differ slightly due to your credit card's exchange rate/processing date.

Returns

Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support to process an exchange.

Unwanted Items
If you're not completely satisfied with a product, favoriteplus.com will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or law prohibits the fee. Additionally, any return that has missing accessories or is incomplete in packaging may be rejected or will be subject to an additional restock fee to cover the price of the missing item. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Before returning any merchandise you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid for 20 business days and all returns must be received within 20 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

WARRANTY POLICY

Favoriteplus.com a medical division of Favorite Imports LLC warrants that all instruments sold and supplied by Favoriteplus.com, if used and installed properly, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. All other supplies and accessories carry a 90-day limited warranty. Supplies and accessories include: oximetry fingertip sensors/probes, ECG Lead Wires, all cables (serial cables, connections to PCs, etc.). If in the judgment of Favoriteplus.com the instrument is proven to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced with no charge for parts or labor.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

This limited warranty does not cover any instrument which has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, usage not in accordance with product instructions, alteration, repair, or improper installation. This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electric power. This warranty also does not cover any instrument that has had a serial number removed, defaced or rendered illegible.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS AND IS HEREBY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT FOR INSTRUMENTS FOUND DEFECTIVE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. AN AUTHORIZED Favoriteplus.com AGENT MUST MAKE ALL REPAIRS. INSTRUMENTS SENT BY MAIL OR COMMON CARRIER SHOULD BE INSURED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGES, AS THEY ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME THE RISK OF DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING. CUSTOMER MUST USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THE EQUIVALENT, AND CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE POSTAGE.
