• The majority of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe (EU) using Registered Air Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Both methods have the added security of requiring a signature upon delivery.
• Point to point track and trace is currently available for Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments ONLY.
• Registered Air Mail offers limited online tracking information for selective destinations and only after a certain period of time from the date of dispatch. Each Registered Mail will carry a 13-digits reference number that can be used to verify the date and time of delivery or the delivery attempts. This is the most secure Postal Service offered today. Items sent with Registered Mail are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery.
• All Registered Mail are delivered by the destination postal authorities (e.g. in USA - by USPS, in United Kingdom - by Royal Mail, in Canada - by Canada Post, etc.). A signed delivery receipt must be obtained at the time of delivery.
• All orders shipped from our European warehouse are fully insured against loss or damage.
• Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
• Most packages arrive within: Europe 2-7 business days, Worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia and other countries) 7-14 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please note however that certain international locations may take longer (up to 4 weeks).
• In case you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact your local post office to check if they are holding the parcel for you.
• We charge a single flat fee for the first item, plus additional, smaller fee for each additional item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, but favoriteplus.com will do its best to ensure late deliveries are as infrequent as possible.
• Import duties: We currently ship to over 50 countries across the globe and the majority of our orders usually have no customs taxes due, however all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.
